We are going to throw back to ore China- I had this little post archived for years, but these are memories we don’t want to forget!
Our family decided to take a last minute trip to Jackson, Wy. We only live a couple hours away, and with time ticking before we leave for China, we wanted to explore the cute town. We decided to do an over night stay at the Snow King Resort. It was UNBELIEVABLY cold, but VERY fun! All of the Christmas decorations were up which made walking down the boardwalk and window shopping bearable in the negative degrees. Drew and I also got to try something new, a Snow Coaster..yes, that would be a snow roller coaster, and yes it was terrifying!! but I wouldn't trade the experience for anything.
